Overview
I bring websites to life through thoughtful design that connects with real people. My approach weaves together deep research with strategic planning to create experiences that feel intuitive and purposeful. With this credit union client, I listened to their challenges and crafted a flexible design system that embraced their new brand while empowering their team to grow independently.

Discovery
I started by getting to know both the credit union and their members - analyzing their website structure, exploring competitor experiences, and having honest conversations with stakeholders. These connections revealed not just technical needs but emotional ones too - how members navigate financial decisions and what builds trust in the digital experience. Working alongside their rebranding process meant understanding the evolution they were undergoing.
I looked at how their navigation was grouped and organized, like in the dropdown menu you can see above.
Strategy
The insights led me to create pathways tailored to different audiences, making it easier for members to find what matters to them. I used grayscale wireframes as our foundation - focusing on how people would move through the experience without getting distracted by colors or fonts still being developed. This approach helped everyone visualize the journey while allowing space for the brand to evolve alongside our work.
Design
I created a systematic design framework starting with a logical sitemap organized by user needs. Wireframes established clear visual hierarchy using typography and spacing to communicate content relationships. Once the brand redesign was completed by the partner agency, I applied the new visual identity to our established framework—creating a cohesive system of reusable components that supported both immediate launch needs and future growth.
